Force Universities to implement a "safety net".

What the petition asks
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many lockdowns across the country, there has been much-added stress onto students. Especially those who have had their hobbies taken from them, the mental strain is affecting the wellbeing, through stress, poor sleep, illness and even depression.
Because this does not affect just one university, it would not be fair for any single university to implement such measures, whereas the government can enforce these measures across all universities in Britain.
