Extend Driving/Motorcycle theory certificates

What the petition asks
During the start of the global pandemic as of March 2020, thousands of people have passed their driving/riding theory test. Due to the pandemic many tests are constantly cancelled due to lockdown and the certificates only last 2 years.
Can the government work with the DVSA to extend certificates of those who have passed and are unable to still take their Driving/motorcycle test.
