Introduce an annual NHS appreciation day (in a similar manner to Armistice day)

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

Introduce an annual NHS appreciation day (in a similar manner to Armistice day). A day of remembrance & celebration of front line workers whom continuously put themselves in harms way, to help others. A chance for the nation to acknowledge the courageous work of the NHS during the battle of COVID-19
The date of 5th July (the birth date of the NHS) should be granted. A one minute applause, at 11.00am, should be observed.
A token blue (or white) cross should be created for the nation to wear with pride, to acknowledge and respect the national NHS day. Raising funds for the families of lost NHS workers whom have passed whilst helping others.
