Disallow all click and collect for non-essential retail during the lockdown

What the petition asks
Close all none essential retail during this lockdown; clothing shops, electronic goods and so many more stores that were closed completely in the first lockdown should be again. No click and collect should be allowed as people should stay at home.
During the first lockdown we initially had no stores operating that were non-essential, we saw a massive drop in cases due to everyone having to stay at home with no excuse to leave the home. During the second lockdown we allowed non-essential store to operate a click and collect service, this saw many more people out in shopping malls and on high streets, we also saw that there wasn't as large a drop in cases compared to the first lockdown. Do it right, lock it all down, stay at home, stay safe, save the NHS.
