What the petition asks
Currently members of the public are legally obliged to purchase a licence to receive any live television broadcasts when the majority of proceeds from the licence fee go to the BBC.
Remove all "Free To Air" broadcasts from the Television Licence Fee so that the requirement for a licence only applies if you wish to receive any BBC television service live or on-demand.
