Allow the angling community to fish providing the correct covid guidelines are met and no matches are participated in.. angling helps alot of people with mental health challenges, also this is segregated and people from different households are alot more than 2 meters apart from each other.

Why it was rejected

The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.

Under the national lockdown effective from January 6th, angling and fishing are still permitted activities, as long as wider guidance on social distancing and household mixing is adhered to. See Sport England's website for more information:
