Allow a tuition fee refund for uni students

We want the parliament to allow students to receive a full or partial university tuition fees refund. It is not fair that we have to pay £9k+ for the education that we aren’t completely receiving. What we pay for is to be taught within the campus. Online learning is not the same as face to face learning. We are not provided with the support needed and tutors are marking us to the standard that was required whilst being taught face to face. Our learning has not developed and it’s hard to flourish
