Close takeaways, they aren’t essential

What the petition asks
I don’t believe takeaway services are essential, the new rules are not to leave home for non-essential reasons, takeaways are not essential
The new regulations tell people to leave their homes for healthcare, work and essential food shopping. As a McDonald’s worker, I can speak for a lot of us when I say McDonald’s doesn’t fall under any of these categories so we shouldn’t be open. It’s risking all our well being as it’s a struggle to maintain social distancing. I believe if it’s a lockdown like March, it should be a full lockdown and nobody should be in this compromising position.
