Allow drivers with valid international licenses to get UK drivers license

What the petition asks
As COVID has shut driving testing facilities down, international residents who had valid international driving licenses that were valid in UK for 1 year have now been without licenses as testing facilities have been shut during lockdowns, preventing transportation for those who came to UK to work.
By allowing those who had valid international licenses for 1 year to automatically receive UK licenses, this will relieve a burden from the system and alleviate numbers for new drivers or those without licenses when lockdowns end and testing resumes.
