What the petition asks
University Students have been hard hit by the pandemic. Their loans already attract a high rate of interest and the Government has done nothing to alleviate the short term and long term financial impact on students
Instruct the Student Loan company to freeze interest accruals on Student Loans and rebate any interest that would have accrued from 1 April 2020. Interest should be suspended until at least April 2022
