What the petition asks
In 2020 our frontline public service workers faced one of the most harrowing periods of their careers. Now is the time to reward their bravery, dedication, courage and professionalism with a significant pay rise.
Years of pay freezes have left salaries in a pitiful state, many needing 2nd jobs. Give NHS, Fire, Police and other public services a significant pay increase. Too long have public services been an easy target for budget cuts. The money is there, it always has been. Reward our heroes.
Claps don’t pay bills. Pounds do.
