Give the kids back when they prove the allegations against them are wrong

What the petition asks

Many people are having their kids taken away and given to the perp and not given back with support to the person who didnt hurt them, the social services should give them back to the parent who they took them away from and give them the right support.

Because it puts the kids in actual harm and emotional distress being away from the person who really was looking after them and has a very good bond and attachment, and also the parent will be suffering, the kids who get sent to foster homes also start needing mental health and extra care

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Decisions about arrangements for indiviudal children are a matter for local child services teams and the courts, not the Government or House of Commons.
