What the petition asks
Furlough should be give to the house hold members of the Critically Extremely Vulnerable
If financial support is not given to this group of people during the pandemic they will be forced to work in environments where the virus is easily transmitted. This in turn will mean that the Critically Extremely Vulnerable who are shielding will face a high risk of being exposed to the virus. This in turn will increase pressure on the NHS and overwhelm our hospitals.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
