What the petition asks

Since March 2020 key workers have served our country in unprecedented times . They have often put their own health , safety and well-being aside to serve and look after others . The British Goverment have a moral duty to ensure that all key workers from all settings are duly recognised & supported.

Key workers across the country have , since day one of this epidemic, been hidden heroes. As we enter our third lockdown it is time for this Government to take decisive action to ensure these workers no longer forgotten. They should be made to feel as important and as valued as the contribution they have made to others. A tax benefit for all key workers in the tax year 2021/2022 in a structured and fair application will achieve this . Please act now and make a difference to our hidden heroes.
