What the petition asks
Allow learner drivers to carry on practising driving in England, if they are in their own/family cars, and only with a member of their household or support bubble.
Because Scotland and Wales are still allowing learner drivers to keep practicing.
If you are in your own/family car with a member of your household or support bubble then you’re not breaking the rules about meeting other people.
It helps mental well-being, allowing people to have something to focus on and helping to take their mind off things and the current situation, without them breaking the rules.
Not only have 17 year olds (and above) had their A Levels messed up, but now this is too.
