Extend the stamp duty relief period for cladding scandal victims

What the petition asks
Leaseholders stuck in unsafe apartments due to the #CladdingScandal have been unable to take advantage of the stamp duty relief others have. They are unable to sell and move on, even though many want to. We'd like the government to honour this when remediation of their building has been complete.
Leaseholders are already disadvantaged in many ways and furthermore are unable to take advantage of the current stamp duty relief. Many want to sell up and buy a house to start a family, move for new job opportunities and more, but can't. They are already forced into paying huge amounts for waking watches, insurance premium increases and building remediation costs.
To help make this unfair situation slightly more fair for them, please honour this stamp duty relief when they are able to move.
