What the petition asks

Include Covid 19 testers in the frontline priority group for vaccination in line with other NHS workers, in order to protect the lives of those most at risk of exposure to the disease. Omission of testing staff means they now wait until over-50s have been vaccinated, which is likely to take months.
Those who test for the coronavirus will not be vaccinated alongside other frontline health staff, they are among the most exposed to the virus, with many encountering hundreds of symptomatic people a day. This is an unfair. putting us at extra when protection is available and being given out to other frontline workers in similar roles.
