What the petition asks

Allow Learner Drives to continue practising with members of their own household during lockdown.

I am a learner driver and have had my test cancelled twice now, with the possibility of a 3rd time. I am also an NHS worker and need to pass my test when the time comes. I have been practising with my husband when we go to work and shopping etc but now I am not allowed to do that, yet Scotland and Wales are allowing this?? Please let us Learner drivers continue. We are safe and as long as we are learning with someone in same household we are not mixing!!

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

You may wish to sign this petition calling for the same action: Allow learner drivers to go out and drive with people from their household.
