What the petition asks
The current Y10 cohort have had considerable and prolonged disruption to their education over a two year period. Both GCSE courses and KS3 learning have been severely disrupted making exams very unfair.
In light of the significant and prolonged disruption to education, the Government need to cancel GCSE exams for the 2022 cohort and use teacher assessments to ensure the system is fair for all.
