Allow learner drivers to continue private practice during lockdown

What the petition asks
Allow learner drivers to continue private practice during lockdown as long as they are abiding by rules of practicing with a member of their own household
Many learner drivers have their own car, and pay insurance and road tax. Prohibiting learner drivers from continuing private practice when they have already had to change or cancel theory and practical tests leaves them completely unable to work towards their driving licence. Having a car sitting there being paid for that cannot be driven is damaging to the car, and means money is being wasted. Learner drivers should still be allowed to continue private practice in their local area ensures no falling behind
