What the petition asks

To close all Non essential shops during this current lockdown .... McDonald , Costa , Starbucks ,KFC to reduce the movement of people and reduce the spread of the virus

People are being told that they are not to leave there home unless it absolutely essential leaving these fast food and takeaway chains open is giving people mixed messages and giving them an excuse to go out for journey which aren't necessary and they risk spreading this virus further

Non-essential shops have already been required to close, but hospitality businesses like those you mention in your petition can operate as takeaway or delivery operations.
