Reverse fines & de-registrations for pupils not attending school in 2020

What the petition asks
Government should instruct schools to refund fines given to parents who didn't send their children to school in 2020, and to re-register children forced to deregister from schools because parents chose to home school them during this time now that online education is available.
If these children are eligible for free school meals, their parents should also receive food vouchers immediately (and if schools close again in future lockdowns). Parents should always have had the choice in a pandemic whether or not to send their children to school, whether they are extremely clinically vulnerable or just worried about their health. Many people deregistered their children rather than be fined or send them to school. This should never have been the case and needs rectifying.
