Extend validity of UK residents driving with international license by 11 months

What the petition asks
The current validity to drive in the UK with an international license is 12 months for a UK resident. However, due to COVID most haven't been able to get a British license in this period. The ones most affected are NHS employees who still need to drive and work in the pandemic.
As a result of COVID most new UK residents haven't been able to get a British license. NHS employees like me need to drive to work and the inability to do this will severely hamper our work. Those with British licenses expiring in this period have been given a 11 months extension to drive. So it is only fair that new UK residents driving with international license be given the same extension of 11 months until the reopening of tests and driving lessons.
