To make it illegal for refrigerants to be sold in retail , wholesale and social media websites to non qualified and non competent personnel .

introduce a UK register of individual qualified and competent engineers that can handle these dangerous refrigerants.

This practice contravenes existing legislation and industry codes of practice .

Leaking refrigerants results in damage to the environment .

Non compliant people handling these dangerous refrigerants could lead to personal injury resulting in death and damage to vehicles and premises.

The U.K. Government will be supporting the RACHP INDUSTRY and DEFRA in preventing these accidents from happening.

U.K. government will be leading on minimising harmful climate change and environment.
