Laser hair removal for women with PCOS should be free on the NHS. Figures suggest that one in 10 women have PCOS - which roughly translates into 3.5 million women in the UK - making it a very common condition. This is not something we've asked for, it's not to be vain or a beauty procedure it's to help women who struggle with PCPS have one less thing to worry about in the long list of symptoms we already have to struggle with.
