Make child alienation against the law and change child maintenance

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

For fathers who are unlawfully stopped to see there children to be able to suspend childmaintenance payments until they get contact with there child. To also stop control over children who don't get a choice to see the other parent through manipulation and spite from the other parent.
To stop parents using children as a weapon, to give children the rights to see both parents unless drugs or violence is involved otherwise there should be no other reasons a parents stops the other parent seeing the child as its 50/50 on the birth certificate so both parents have the rights to see the child. Most dads/moms haven't got the money to take the other parent to court and it also wastes court times with stupid allegations pulled onto the other parent.
