Bring into place a law that governs the resale of items at extortionate prices

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Prohibit the excessively inflated resale prices of items online. Bring into place a law governing ‘scalpers’. People genuinely want to buy items and wait for hours in a queue for a genuine purchase only to find that the item is sold out when they finally get on the site but resold for 2x the price.
People are fed up.

It’s not fair.

It’s taking money away from the manufacturer and distributor and the British economy and putting it into these ‘scalpers’ pockets.

Stop it now!!!
