What the petition asks

Now the impact of Brexit (dismissed as project fear) has become apparent, and may get worse we want the Government to negotiate a deal that will result in us being members of the Customs Union and Single Market (sometimes referred to as Norway plus).
We're seeing how Brexit may damage the fishing industry, and other sectors of the economy are also being hit hard. The deal negotiated with the EU is totally inadequate, and the Government should seek an improved deal, with membership of the Customs Union and Single Market.
