Allow outdoor motor sports to reopen during lockdown

What the petition asks
The Government should allow outdoor motor sports, including motocross, to re-open during lockdown.
This would allow motorsport fans to have a bit of fun in lockdown and get some fresh air. Tracks should be open on the weekends only, with COVID-19 rules applying like social distancing.
