What the petition asks

cafcass has been the spanner in the family courts system along with the balance of probabilities with corrupt and influenced decisions not based on physical evidence thereby not making it a fair trial and at the same time violating peoples human rights to a fair trial

all family court cases should at all times be based on fact..truth..and physical evidence and never have the use of balance of probabilities as this is very unfair and leads to bias .. unjust decisions being made on situations that can be untrue or just wasnt there in the first place... kinda like chinese whispers...and he said she said ... hard evidence in the form of audio..and video and photo's..and good old black and white paper evidence... more reliable and guaranteed
