I'd like Government to re-think their methods on Car & Motorcycle Lessons/Tests

What the petition asks
I'd like Government to allow Car and Motorcycle lessons and tests to continue throughout the COVID-19 situation.
I have a few good points so that things can go smoothly, rather than cancelling it out for safety which in result people will loose jobs.
So my theory is, anyone taking car lessons/tests must take a COVID test before taking their lesson. You can take a covid test and get the result within the hour. If it's negative you can go ahead with your lesson, still wearing a face mask.
Motorcycle tests should continue reguardless, you are on your own vehicle no one else. However same rules can apply.
