Government to allow a full investigation into why decisions were made so late and allow a full investigation to why the government has let the death rate pass 100k

The government owes it to the country after the lack of indecisive decisions, lockdown happening to late even after scientific evidence was avaliable. No way should our country have the worst death rate in the world and this has purely been because of the government
