What the petition asks

Students in the Arts whether it is music, drama, dance or art students don’t have the facilities to complete courses and degrees at home. Being able to book in sessions or workshops with high alert covid-safe restrictions to allow students to complete these courses and degrees to their potential.

Students in the Arts are struggling the most. Those who are studying academic subjects, despite some having practical aspects, are capable of studying at home. Dance students may not have the space. Art students can’t afford to keep buying materials and tools that are normally funded at University/College or at least they are at a highly discounted price. Music students may not have the right facilities at home or the right environment to be focusing correctly due to distracting sounds.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
