Force Oldham Council into action- areas in Oldham that are fast becoming slums.

What the petition asks
Force Oldham Council into action! Oldham Council should change the general rubbish bin collection to at least once every two weeks, educate people on how to dispose of their rubbish, offenders should be fined-first offence or otherwise and made to clean up their mess.
Areas of Oldham are turning into slums. The town is rundown and people have had enough of living like this. Social media is being used to accuse certain members of the community and given the history of race issues this needs to be sorted out as a priority.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
