Keep Gyms and studios open during lockdowns for personal trainers on a 1:1 basis

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

Allow gyms to remain open to personal trainers on a 1:1 basis.

This can be regulated on a 1 personal trainer and 1 client per X square metre to avoid overcrowding.
The gyms have been proven to be the least active place in the spread of coronavirus throughout all of last year

Covid is a cardiovascular disease if we are physically fitter we stand a better chance of beating the disease.

Mental health is on an all time low and I've seen first hand the impact of getting out and training has had on my clients mental health.

Outside training through the winter increases the risk of physically injury and people's immune system is having to work twice as hard.
