Second hand smoking around babies and children can cause many health issues, a lot of smokers are blinded or simply just ignorant to their actions that is affecting children and babies.

Making a fine to those who choose to put the innocent in harms way and cause damage to their health, will ensure they won’t be doing it no longer as with the amount of fines they’ll have if continuing to let children babies smoke, they won’t have enough to pay for their cigarettes.
