What the petition asks
As postcode testing for SA variant starts flights from Johannesburg are still arriving daily. Why are flights still arriving from this country that has a variant that we’re so desperate to contain? Indeed, why are any flights landing AT ALL from anywhere without quarantining in place?
All of this inaction to secure the borders until sufficient testing and quarantine in place is prolonging all of our agony in lockdown with no end in sight. Anger is increasing, mental health is decreasing (across all age groups) and patience is wearing very thin with this incompetent government and the negative impact on our lives.
Why it was rejected
