Ban use of voting machines in UK and limit postal votes to physically housebound

What the petition asks
Ban the use of voting machines throughout every region of the UK in order to preserve the proven, secure system of observed hand-voting, and restrict postal votes to those who are too physically frail to attend a polling station under any circumstances.
Our electoral system is one of the most secure in the world, in which we put justified faith in the integrity of closely observed human counters rather than electronic systems which have caused distrust in recent election results.
The postal system is also potentially less secure than attendance by individuals at polling stations. It is vital that we do not allow the special circumstances of the pandemic to damage the proven integrity of our electoral system.
