Class bamboo as an invasive species and ban it from sale

Uncontained bamboo can be a public menace to homeowners, causing thousands of pounds of damage to buildings and landscapes. It is often not clump-forming, as claimed. People buying property with bamboo or living next to someone who has uncontained bamboo are battling this plant. It is now spewing out from private gardens and taking over from our indigenous plants along hedgerows and wooded areas.
