What the petition asks

all Diesel vehicles with non complaint engines ( Euro 6 ) to be allowed in the London ULEZ expanded zone commencing October 2021
To Postpone expansion for another 24 months as business was affected badly by the Covid19 situation, a lot of businesses are struggling to purchase new vehicles.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
