What the petition asks

Very high costs are being seen by consumers and businesses in the UK, it is impacting general purchases, hobbies and in many cases businesses are having to set up EU based warehouses etc. This is expensive and makes it hard to compete.

The Government should seek to develop a seamless, costless customs mechanism with the EU that eliminates the additional costs thus returning the UK to be competitive with EU businesses.

1: Will help many industries, including the devastated fishing and cheese businesses
2: People will be able to purchase items not available in the UK at a reasonable cost close to what they used to pay prior to brexit
3: It could resolve the Northern Ireland issue
