What the petition asks
I am being forced by my credit company to pay more a month to reduce my balance and yet the company are pocketing more while this happens.
I wish to see these companies reduce thier apr to help their customers whom are in persistent debt instead of forcing the customers to pay more.
I myself have contacted my credit company to request a lower rate and yet find them unwilling to budge on what they call contracted agreement. And yet it is ok for them to increase their charges which goes against the contractual agreement.
