Review Social Services and set up an independent body to review complaints

I have seen and read so many complaints about how social workers have allegedly manipulated situations to give them a case through mis-quoting parents and professionals as well as hypothesising without evidence. Social workers are given the power to use their opinions to remove a child from a parents care. There is no independent complaints procedure for the decisions that are made outside of the local authority or the courts.
