Allow the Shetland Islands a referendum on becoming a crown dependency of the UK

Because there is growing support in the Shetland Islands for looking at changes to its constitutional status, as the Scottish Government want a second independence referendum. As such the Shetland isles should be allowed to determine its future if it wants to stay as part of Scotland or become a British crown dependency.
