Introduce a 'Vaccination Passport' for international travel

What the petition asks
A British 'Vaccine Passport' should be rolled out as solid proof of vaccination for international travel. This should contain manufacturer information, batch number and dates. It would need to be internationally recognised so as to allow international travel to those countries that demand proof.
With vaccinations being rolled out successfully across the UK and globally there is not yet an internationally formally recognised proof of vaccination against covid and other diseases.
Such proof or so called 'Vaccination Passport' will enable travel for those who wish to travel to countries that will inevitably demand such a document for entry.
It will take the task of proof of vaccination away from overworked GPs.
It could also be used for proof of other travel jabs such as Yellow Fever.
