What the petition asks
1 in 4 people suffer from mental health issues. Some of these people find that their pets put them at ease with illnesses such as Social anxiety, Schizophrenia and Psychosis (not limited to.) Allow the people who have been assessed to take these pets to public settings that guide dogs are allowed.
As we can see in the U.S.A emotional support animals have been recognized as beneficial to millions of people, Allowing people with doctor confirmation to have the support of their animal in places/activities that increase symptoms of mental health issues to becoming physical symptoms. If an animal can help physical ailments they should be recognized that they can assist with emotional and mental ailments too.
