Changing the Disability Process - changes to the application process

What the petition asks
I am therefore proposing changes to the existing process of applying and renewing for Blue Badges/Disability Living Allowance & PIP, in order to better support disabled people. I have Achondroplasia which is a condition which does not change but to include other disabilities which do not change.
Every 3 years i have to reapply or renew i and others have to experience the stress of form filing and then wait for the approval of the application although there has been no change in their original circumstances. I am proposing a simpler better way. I feel people with physical disabilities that will not change should automatically qualify for lifetime exemption.
