Dog theft to be classed as kidnap and robbery, a family member.

What the petition asks
If found guilty of stealing a dog or puppy or planning to do so, it will be classed as criminal and kidnap, serve 10 years in prison per dog, it’s a family member and can cause life changing day to day things.
Because animals especially dogs are part of the family and people treat their pets as family members but also depend on them and the dogs depend on their owners. The law is not criminal and needs to be changed as this industry It’s going through the roof and criminals are profiteering from other people. We need to change this now as somebody is going to be murdered or seriously hurt
