Refund Half of international students university fees

What the petition asks
As international students who aren’t able to come back to the UK , we are still paying a full fees of £23,500 which seems highly unfair considering we were told not to come and most of education is online. We demand a reduction for the future academic year and a partial refund for the current year.
We suggest this as , everyone is suffering due to the changes brought in by the pandemic, especially financially. Paying the full fees when we can’t physically access resources / be physically present in campus makes no sense.
