Ensure Scots living in the UK have a vote in any future independence referendum

What the petition asks
If there's a Scottish independence referendum, Scots-born citizens in any other part of the UK should be allowed a vote.
There are hundreds of thousands of Scots who have moved to other parts of the UK generally for work and career reasons, some only recently, and is not right that would be denied a vote. It is the case for example that the current captains of both the Scottish Rugby and Football teams live in England, and it would be surely wrong if they, iconic Scots, were denied a vote.
